John is a registered United States patent attorney, licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. For the last 12 years, John has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications for clients in the United States, as well as around the world. During this time, he has also assisted with various litigation matters.
 

 

His practice has included technologies related to autonomous driving vehicles, package delivery systems, chargers for electric vehicles, data centers for storing electronic equipment, firearms, gaming systems, hardware apparatus, miniature circuit breakers, medium voltage vacuum interrupters, electrical receptacles, numerous medical devices, wireless headset technologies, machine tooling and related systems for the manufacture of metal cans, pet toys, and technologies related to nuclear reactors.
 

 

Before joining PnK IP, John worked for two large law firms in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he helped secure quality patent protection for clients in numerous cases.
